Peters Township District News
Attention Parent Volunteers!
The District strongly supports the involvement of parents in our schools. Most often, these volunteers are under the direct supervision of teachers and staff members when they are with students in the building. However, when a volunteer is in contact with students without a teacher/staff member present, the District now requires that the necessary clearances are in place.

School Performance Profiles Available
Beginning in 2013, school districts across Pennsylvania will now share student academic performance data using a School Performance Profile (SPP). While schools previously received a No Child Left Behind designation of “adequate yearly progress”, public schools will now receive an academic performance score.
Overall our scores are excellent and reflect the high standards that our parents and community expect from our schools.
At each month's Board Meeting we celebrate accomplishments throughout the District in the areas of academics, the arts, athletics, character education and leadership. This slide show begins each meeting -
